Online Course Terms and Conditions for Online Course Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in online courses provided by Mindfulness4dogs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our online course services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all users (“you” or “your”) who purchase or use any of our online courses.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
1.3 Our online courses are delivered in New Zealand, but are accessible worldwide. If you are outside of New Zealand, you are responsible for complying with any local laws that may apply to your participation.
2. Course Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration for a course is complete when payment is made in full and a confirmation email is received. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other options outlined during the checkout process.
2.2 Prices for courses are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
2.3 We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. However, once payment is made, the price agreed at the time of purchase will be honored.
3. Access and Content
3.1 Upon registration, you will be provided access to the online course materials via our learning platform. This access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed to anyone else.
3.2 The course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written permission.
3.3 Access to the course materials is granted for the duration of the course or for a period specified upon registration. After this period, access may be revoked.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your participation in an online course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or commenced the course.
4.2 After 14 days, or once the course has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
4.3 In case of technical issues preventing you from accessing the course, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the problem or provide alternative access.
5. Course Cancellations and Modifications
5.1 We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any course. If we cancel a course, you will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to another course.
5.2 If you are unable to attend scheduled live sessions, we may offer access to recordings where available, but this is not guaranteed unless specified as part of the course package.
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 You agree to use the online course and platform responsibly. Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates these Terms may result in termination of your access without a refund.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any technical requirements for accessing the course, including having an internet connection and any necessary software or hardware.
